Cafeteria Elisabet
As I’ve said elsewhere, Guatemalan cuisine isn’t the most exciting or enticing. But the tortillas de harina you’ll find in the east and Honduras are a nice cheap meal. Oversized, fluffy flour tortillas with meat, lettuce and salsa — They aren’t the most nutritious but for just over $1usd they are filling enough to get you by in this little seaside town.
And, of course, you can bring your own beer to the table.
